For motorway commuters we have properties close to each of the Junctions 23-28 of the M5, a beautiful stretch of West Somerset and mid Devon

We have a good mix of town and country properties for you to choose from, ranging from small flats at £400 per calendar month, through a range of some lovely cottages and barn conversions through to a few large 6 bedroom properties at £1500 per calendar month. Usually properties are available for a minimum six month let and then can continue as a periodic tenancy with the tenant needing to give one month notice.

Our head office is in Wellington and this serves local villages and the town of Wiveliscombe. Our satellite office in Taunton also serves Bridgwater and the office in Tiverton serves Cullompton and the Culm valley.
