Our Head Office is in Wellington where there are six full time staff. We have satellite offices in Taunton and Bridgwater.

Beacon Lee & Ward is proud to be a member of the National Federation of Property Professionals ( NFOPP) via membership of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA- its letting side). We are also proud to be accredited to the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS). In addition we are members of the Ombudsman of Estate Agents (OEA), for lettings only.

Beacon Lee & Ward Ltd is run by Jonathan Drew as Director. Jonathan Drew has the principal letting qualification CRLM and also has detailed knowledge of sales with the CPEA qualification which may assist landlords considering buy to let investments. He also has a 2:1 business degree and holds a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He spent the early part of his career in various commercial positions with BP before making the big change into self employment and residential lettings in 2000. Ruth Drew is Company Secretary and has a background of customer service and graphic design. Other staff specialise in organising maintenance, book keeping, accounts, tenancy applications, gas and electrical safety, and marketing.

The company was built on the three separate agencies, Peter Lee & Co, Beacon Accommodation Agency, and Ward Lettings & Property Management. These had all been trading for more than 12 years previous to their acquisition in 2000/1. The Jeremy Evans Property Management agency was amalgamated with Beacon Lee & Ward in 2005. Princess Properties was acquired by Beacon Lee & Ward in 2009.
